What is one piece of advice you would give to a first-year or transfer student? CSUSB is your campus where you can feel included no matter what your education background, ethnicity, religion, or gender may be.  Take these years to show youself, not just your ordinary self, but your true inner-self. When encountering challenges do your best and have hope for the best.  Growth has the "-ow" in it for a reason. No matter how painful hard work or challenging times may be, there will always room for growth.
