What is EOC?

The Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) is a federally funded TRIO Program. The program is designed to assist individuals 19 years and older, including veterans, military-connected family members enroll, re-enroll in a high school diploma, high school equivalency, community college, trade or vocational school, private or public four-year college. Program participants must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident; live in or receive services in the target area and have a need for one or more of the offered program services.
