Teaching Associate Program in English Composition
Composition TA Program (In Fall Semester ONLY)
The Composition TA program offers qualified graduate students the opportunity to gain teaching experience by teaching their own section of 1070 First-Year Composition.
Literature TA Program (In Fall Semester ONLY)
The Literature TA program offers graduate students the opportunity to teach their own section of English 1210 Diversity Literature & Social Justice, a writing intensive literature course in the General Education Curriculum.
In both programs, TAs are actively mentored throughout their teaching, attend weekly practicums and are observed teaching several times.
