The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act

In compliance with the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA), the Cal State San Bernardino Athletics Department posts the athletic programs' participation rates and financial support data on the CSUSB athletics website by January 3, 2022. The information remains on the website throughout the fall semester. The EADA is designed to make prospective student-athletes aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its male and female students. Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must prepare an EADA report on an annual basis.
