ITS employee Jaquai Patterson

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Department plays a vital role in maintaining the wireless connectivity and technological infrastructure of CSUSB. This month we are celebrating two superb employees, Jaquai Patterson and Joshua Harris.

Jaquai and Joshua are the latest ITS employees to receive the ITS World Class Service Award! Recipients of this award surpass expectations and demonstrate exceptional work ethic and potential.

Jaquai is a skilled videographer and assists with the production of various hybrid events held here at CSUSB. One of their favorite projects was assisting with the ITS 2020 Tech Fest video that showcased the Digital Divide, a conversation about equity in education. Additionally, Jaquai enjoys working with the Theatre Department by capturing “all the hard work they put into their productions.”

As is pertains to the campus community, Jaquai states, “I love what I do, giving back in this way makes for an enjoyable job experience.” Thank you, Jaquai!

Joshua Harris is an Information Technology Consultant. Like Jaquai, Joshua works tirelessly to provide technological support to our campus community. Currently, Joshua is undertaking the important task of outfitting our classrooms with the latest technology to support student success. Thank you, Joshua!

During his spare time, Joshua is a bass player in a band called Crash Overcast, which is featured on Coyote Radio!

CSUSB is happy to celebrate such hardworking and dedicated individuals.
