Download files from your OneDrive

  1. Go to the Onedrive website
  2. In the upper right hand corner, press sign in
  3. Enter your idnumber@csub.edu
  4. Sign in with your ID number and password on the blue SSO screen
  5. Authenticate with DUO
  6. In the left hand side, click on My Files
  7. A list of files and folders will appear
  8. By hovering the cursor over the name of a file or folder, a circle will appear
  9. Clicking the circle will highlight the folder or file
  10. Note: You can click the circle next to multiple files/folders
  11. Once you have selected the desired folders and files, click Download
  12. A zip file will be downloaded to your computer. Choose where you wish the zip file to be downloaded to and press Save
  13. Find the .zip file that was downloaded to your computer, then right click to select Extract All
  14. Choose your destination file and take note of the folder
  15. Your files are now downloaded to your computer
