DON BSN Admissions

Fall 2026 Pre-Licensure BSN Application Period: Monday January 5, 2026 to Friday February 6, 2026 @ 5:00pm (PST)

Please read BEFORE completing the PL-BSN application

• If you have already submitted 3 PL-BSN applications since the Spring 2025 PL-BSN application cycle, you have reached your attempt limit and will not be allowed to submit an application.
• If you are a Post-Bac applicant, please see Post-Bac Application Process. You WILL NOT be able to submit an application on the current website.
• Have the following information ready:
  • Your CSUSB Student Email. Do not enter personal emails.
  • The date you attended a a valid information session (see valid dates in the table below).
  • Information and grades for all prerequisite courses.
  • Completed your TEAS between the acceptable period (listed in the table below), and ensured you requested your TEAS results be sent directly to us by ATI. Must be done by deadlines posted below.
  • Have a copy of your TEAS Transcript Report available to attach to THIS application (Example TEAS Transcript Report)
  • If you are including bilingual proficiency on your application, you MUST attach valid documentation to receive credit.

Accessing the online PL-BSN Application

1. The application will close on Friday February 6, 2026 @ 5:00pm (PST)
2. Remember that starting with the Spring 2025 application, there is a limit of 3 application attempts to the PL-BSN program. So, if you have already met this limit, you will NOT be able to complete an application.
3. Select the link below to access the application. When prompted, sign in with your CSUSB credentials.
4. Once signed in, be sure to enter your personal information, including your CSUSB Student Email.
5. When attaching documents, it may say (Pending). That means your document will be uploaded once you submit your application. You do not have to wait for the (Pending) to go away before you submit.
6. After submission you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, please contact our IT Consultant at sonia.perezgamboa@csusb.edu, or (909)537-3599.
