Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific
Please note that WesternU/COMP has a limited amount of slots designated for the Linkage program. As a result, WesternU/COMP may be unable to accept all applicants to the Linkage program.
Acceptance to the WesternU/COMP linkage program is NOT an automatic offer of admission to WesternU/COMP. Students who are accepted to the linkage program, and who successfully complete the requirements, will have a seat held for them in an appropriate entry class, which is usually the August after completion of your current program. This offer will be contingent upon meeting all required elements of the linkage agreement, which will be provided to candidates at the initial offer to link. Assuming a linkage student meets all the required conditions, a formal offer of admission to WesternU/COMP will come in the Spring prior to anticipated matriculation.
Linkage candidates will be expected to fill out an AACOMAS application and submit additional documentation as required by the Office of Admissions when the candidate is being considered for an offer of seat in the class to WesternU/COMP. The application to the linkage program will not be evaluated as part of the overall application to matriculate to COMP. A detailed timeline of the linkage process will be provided with the formal offer to link.
