Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Pre-College Programs

Welcome to California State University San Bernardino’s Office of Pre-College Programs.  With nine different programs within our department, we provide services to more than 5,000 students from San Bernardino, Rialto, and Colton Joint Unified School districts and students in the Coachella Valley. Our programs are designed to help provide participants and their families with educational and personal support services that will increase high school graduation, college enrollment, persistence and college completion.  

 

General Services

Participants in OPCP range from current middle school to high school students and their families, low income and foster youth, and current/former adult farm workers who are working toward their High School Equivalency certificate (GED or HiSET).
