Per Semester Unit

1 Course (3 Semester Units) =    $1,260.00

2 Courses (6 Semester Units)* = $2,520.00

3 Courses (9 Semester Units)* = $3,780.00

4 Courses (12 Semester Units)* = $5,040.00

5 Courses (15 Semester Units) = $6,300.00

6 Courses (18 Semester Units) = $7,560.00

Enrollment Status

Half-Time: 2 Courses (6 Semester Units)

Three-Quarter Time: 3 Courses (9 Semester Units)

Full-Time: 4 Courses (12 Semester Units)

Tuition Payment

It is the financial responsibility of the student to complete any tuition payments by the assigned deadline date. Students may view their tuition balance through myCoyote - Self Service and make payments through the CEGE self service page. 

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for tuition payments.

Student Financial Services is the central location for student account inquiries and payments.  We provide information related to payments, refunds, deadlines, and

Installment Payment Plan (IPP)

CEGE offers standard payment plans each term for enrolled students in good financial standing with the University. The Installment Payment Plan (IPP) agreement allows students to pay their tuition in up to four installments over the duration of the course.

Please note that all fees must be paid in full prior to the last day of the course to ensure continued enrollment.

Financial Aid 

Financial aid is designed to support students in meeting the costs of obtaining a college education. Funding for these programs comes from federal and state governments, individual colleges and universities, and various public and private sources. With the exception of certain scholarships, all students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) to apply for financial aid.

This program is approved for Financial Aid. The following types of Financial Aid are currently accepted: 

  • All Federal Aid Pell Grants
  • SEOG (Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant)
  • Cal Grant A & Cal Grant B
  • Middle Class Scholarship (MCS)
  • Unsubsidized and Subsidized Loans

Please note that CEGE is a self-support degree program, and students may have limited eligibility for certain types of Federal and California State student aid.

Third Party Payments for tuition and fees may be accepted from employers, military organizations, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and other entities. To initiate this form of payment, please reach out to the CEGE Financial Services Department prior to the semester at (909) 537-5975.

The following VA benefits are accepted for CEGE online programs:

  • Chapter 30 (Montgomery GI Bill)
  • Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment)
  • Chapter 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill)
  • Chapter 35 (Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance)
  • Chapter 1606 (Reservist Educational Assistance)
