Employees, students, and guests receiving personal reimbursements from the university for hospitality expense, travel expense claims (including approved travel advances), and miscellaneous qualifying reimbursements issued by our CSUSB's Accounts Payable department are highly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit. Employees, students, and guests signed up for direct deposit receive their funds more safely, deposits are made more timely, and they save the travel time and expense of going to the bank.
