The Reporting and Tax Unit is responsible for the preparation of the University’s financial and tax reporting to the State Controller’s Office (SCO), Chancellor’s Office (CO), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other outside entities, completing audit requirements, compliance to Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) and Nonresident Alien (NRA) tax regulations and maintenance of the chart of accounts.
