Academic Wellness

Academic Wellness at CSUSB allows students to expand their knowledge by creating networks that support lifelong learning that have a positive impact on a student's college experience.  It entails managing academic workloads and preparation for the future, using ASUA and on-campus resources to make decisions by challenging students to new academic experiences and meeting academic goals.

Academic Wellness enhances academic achievement, improves satisfaction in a student's program, performance in class and progress towards graduation.  Academic Wellness also provides students with coping strategies with the challenges often experienced by students throughout their academic life.  ASUA's goal is student success which enables students to holistically engage in relevant and academic programs.
