Strategic Planning Initiative

Project Description

The Public Administration Institute is creating the first library of strategic plans from public institutions. Ranging from nonprofits to federal agencies, this database will allow users to explore plans in one click to gain inspiration and look for mistakes. While gaining accessibility to public plans, more organizations will learn how to create long term plans or fix their own. For the first phase of the database, plans are being crowd sourced from our MPA students. Publicizing these will further the institute's plans of a strategic planning training program, enlarging efficiency in the public sector. Understanding the skill of strategic planning is the first step to a progressive government.
