CSUSB among leaders in nation and state for social mobility for its students
The College Futures Foundation’s Four-Year California Mobility Index, along with national recognition by The Wall Street Journal and U.S. News & World Report, point to Cal State San Bernardino’s effort to help its students forge a pathway to a better life, preparing them for careers that will move them up the social and economic ladder.

Two-time alumna Crystal Wymer-Lucero, director of Alumni Relations, has been selected for the American Association of State Colleges and Universities’ 2025 Emerging Leaders Program. She joins a national cohort of standout academic and administrative professionals shaping the future of higher education leadership.

Early-bird registration is now open for "Telling Our Stories – Our Way, Our Voice: Latino Representation in the Arts, Media and Education,” set for Oct. 3 at Cal State San Bernardino’s Santos Manuel Student Union South. Registration is free.

“Collaboration: Stronger Together” was the theme of the conference, which took place virtually on June 3 and led by the CSU Council of Library Deans, with support from the Chancellor’s Office and sponsors that included Sage, Elsevier, Clarivate, EBSCO and Oxford University Press.
