Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Become a Stats Tutor

If you are an outstanding CSBS student, you may have what it takes to be a statistics tutor.

Qualified applicants will have:

  • Senior or Graduate Student Classification
  • A major within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences
  • An Overall GPA of 3.50 or higher
  • Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Knowledge of data analysis programs (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, LISREL, and Excel)
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills

Tutoring positions pay $16/hour for undergraduates and $18/hour for graduate students. Students may work up to 20 hours/week. Preference will be given to applicants who can work 10 hours or more per week.
