Switch Email Accounts in Outlook Desktop Client for Windows

Open your Outlook Desktop Application:

Once Outlook opens,

  1. Select the Home tab.
  2. Then, select New Email.

  1. A new email window displays titled Untitled.
  2. Select the From ▼ and select the department email.

If you do not see the From ▼.

  1. Select the Options Tab.
  2. Then, in the Show Fields group.
  3. Select the From button. (If active, it will be highlighted blue).

  1. Then, select the From ▼ and select the department email. If you do not see it,
  2. Select, Other E-mail Address…

  1. A Send From Other E-mail Address dialogue box displays.
  2. Select the From… to search OR begin typing the department e-mail.
  3. Select OK.

 

  1. You will see the department e-mail display in the From ▼ Field.
