Laura Kamptner honored by Institute for Child Development and Family Relations
Laura Kamptner, professor emeritus, child development, is the first recipient of the award renamed for her: the Laura Kamptner Champion for Children, Parents, and Families Award.
Offered in association with the Anthropology Museum’s current INTO LIGHT exhibition, the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health’s Resource Recovery Fair will provide resources that can be shared with those battling substance use disorder.
José Muñoz, CSUSB associate professor of sociology, holds many roles on and off campus, all with the purpose of serving students and faculty members.
CSUSB has been named among the nation’s top universities in 2023-24 as nine of its programs have been listed among the best in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report.
