Position Management

A position number is required when a position is going to be posted or filled.

Position Management Request Form

The Position Management Request Form is used when requesting a new permanent or temporary position, updating an existing position, or to complete a salary budget reconciliation. The form should be filled out by the department designee and signed by the division Fiscal Officer or college Analyst.

Position Management Query

To obtain access to run this query, departments must complete a CIA form.

The Position Management query brings back all positions for departments that they are authorized to view.
