The CSUSB MSPA program strives to matriculate and support students who align with the mission and values of CSUSB and the program. The program is committed to diversifying the PA profession so its graduates will more closely mirror the communities they will serve.

CSUSB is proud to reflect the dynamic diversity of the region by having the most diverse student population of any university in the Inland Empire, as well as having the second highest African American and Hispanic enrollments of all public universities in California.

As a part of CSUSB, our MSPA program welcomes, celebrates, and promotes respect for the entire variety of human experience. In our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and justice, we welcome people from all backgrounds, knowledge, belief systems, and perspectives. Our program’s commitment to create an environment that values each individual is reflected in our curriculum, faculty and staff, and admissions process.

Our holistic admissions process provides applicants an opportunity to not only share their past academic performance, but also share their experiences, values, and perspectives. We believe this thoughtful process will allow us to know each applicant as an individual and evaluate their full potential for success.

The following sections outline the admissions process for the CSUSB MSPA program. Pending a successful accreditation review, the CSUSB MSPA Program is planning to enroll a cohort of 40 students starting in August 2025.
