Stull named top CSUSB professor

Mike Stull, professor of entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino, has been awarded the university’s 2021-22 Golden Apple Award for excellence in teaching. Stull was meeting with students when university President Tomas Morales, in a surprise visit, told him of the honor.

CSUSB professor’s research cited in article on anti-Semitic fliers distributed during Passover

Research by Brian Levin, director of CSUSB’s Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism, was cited in an article about anti-Semitic fliers left in some Beverly Hills and Los Angeles homes on Passover. The fliers, which appear connected to similar fliers that were distributed across the region in November and December during the Hanukkah season, begin with the statement, “Every Single Aspect of The Ukraine-Russia War is Jewish,” followed by a list of government officials.

Levin has said that in 2019, Jewish people were the “top target” of hate crimes in L.A., Chicago and New York.
