The organizing committee recognizes the financial challenges that affected many individuals and educational institutions due to the pandemic. In an effort to encourage participation in Honolulu, Hawai'i, registration fees have been waived to attend the conference, but registration is still required by February 15, 2022 to properly plan for the conference logistics.
