Public Speaking Experience:

As an undergraduate, and now a graduate student in the MBA program, I have taken useful communication classes. My professional background in healthcare also required me to give presentations to colleagues, as well as members of the community on a regular basis.

Why I work for the Speaking Center at JHBC: 

The journey to overcoming my fear of public speaking helped me realize the extent to which others struggle with it as well. Being an unavoidable aspect of our academic and professional pursuits, I have developed the interest in helping students work on this skill to rise above any anxiety and deliver impactful presentations.
