Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Bio

Dr. Wagner Prado earned his Ph.D. in Nutrition Science from the Federal University of Sao Paulo. Dr. Prado’s research agenda falls under the broad umbrella of physical activity and health. Dr. Prado has over ten years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and researcher.  He has published more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles and has been systematically funded since 2007.  He loves teaching and is passionate about mentoring students at the undergraduate level.

Dr. Prado is strongly committed to teaching courses in his area of expertise, mentoring, and advising undergraduate students, as well as involving students in research and scholarly activities. He is also aiming to build scientific partnerships with colleagues from CSUSB in various disciplines.

If you need to talk with Prof. Prado during weekends, he can be find at one of the Southern California beaches, where he will be, for sure, having fun with his 2 kids and wife.
