As a Police Dispatcher for the University Police Department, I serve as a critical link between the campus community and emergency services. My responsibilities include answering 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatching police and safety personnel, monitoring campus alarm and surveillance systems, and coordinating responses during critical incidents. I ensure clear, calm, and efficient communication under pressure to support the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff across the university.
