Bio

Scott R. Rose, born and raised in Pasadena, home of the “Rose Parade”, has been working in public health for 36 years, with a variety of experience in environmental health services. Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS); worked food safety, water quality, housing and land use, hazardous materials, noise and lead poisoning control. Also, teaching part time over 32 years, University of Redlands, and California University of San Bernardino (CSUSB). He earned his Masters of Urban & Regional Planning (MURP), emphasis environmental planning, from University Cal Poly Pomona, and a Bachelors in Environmental Science from University of California at Riverside..
