Dr. Mshigeni is an Associate Professor in the College of Natural Sciences - Department of Health Science and Human Ecology at California State University San Bernardino. By profession, she is a trained Epidemiologist who works behinds the scene to collect and analyze data. Her research interests include examining domestic and international dataset that pertains to population health. She has and continues to publish in several peer review journals and presents her findings in local and national conferences. She brings with her 10+ years of professional work experience outside academia in both local government and hospital setting as a public health professional. In addition, she has over 5+ years of university-level teaching experience stemming from working at private and public academic institutions.
