Mark Chang

Mark was the Senior Manager of Technology and Data Compliance at Walmart. Prior to Walmart, Mark served as Senior Corporate Counsel in Privacy Compliance at SHEIN in Los Angeles, California, Director of Risk, Compliance, & Privacy at Florida State University, and Associate of the Technology Risk Regulatory, Policy, & Strategy team in the Engineering Division at Goldman Sachs.

Mark obtained his Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
