Communication studies lecturer Lacey Kendall believes that Cal State San Bernardino’s diversity allows for all students to see themselves as successful. Students at CSUSB will meet faculty and staff with similar life experiences to their own, showing them that they also have the capacity to do extraordinary things.

Diversity expands a student’s education, and Kendall believes the most important aspect of that is shown through student coursework. When students have professors and mentors from different countries, cultures and backgrounds, they can hear various accounts to apply toward their research and studies. At CSUSB, students can see the world in their own environment, leading them to worldly and expansive futures.

Diversity is a vital part of CSUSB and we are proud to represent various backgrounds, thoughts and experiences.
