"Your English is so good!": Microaggressions 101 for International Students
A microaggression is defined as “a statement, action, or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group, such as a racial or ethnic minority.” This workshop aims to open up a discussion about the various ways in which International students have experienced microaggressions, and how they can identify, process, and manage their reactions to them.
