The "PC" of Email Communication

Workshop Description: There are so many different ways we communicate in the workplace. Globally, among four billion email users, almost 294 billion emails were sent daily in 2019. From this statistic, you can clearly see that email continues to be an important way we communicate. In this workshop, you will gain knowledge on what you can do to strengthen your email communication skills from structure, tone, and timing, resulting in a positive online personal brand.
