Writing to help with Stress Management

Recreation and Wellness host an event to help manage your stress by writing. Creative writing is one of the most-cited methods for stress management and turning anxiety into art. This workshop is designed for all students, those who have already dabbled in writing, and those who are terrified at the thought. Join us for a virtual lunch with Megan Kinnally, a two-time CSUSB literature & composition graduate and the 2018 Rayburn award winner,  to discuss what it means to write in a pandemic. All students and all disciplines are welcome.
