Suicide is a difficult topic. While our tendency as a society may be to avoid the discussion altogether, the reality is that the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention estimates that suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the United States. More than 1,000 college students die by suicide every year. Come to this workshop to engage in a frank and supportive discussion about suicide and how you can effectively talk to and intervene with someone who may be struggling with suicidal thinking.
