As we transition from quarters to semesters, many faculty members are taking this opportunity to re-design their courses using affordable materials and conceptualize their courses in the hybrid format. Come learn more about copyright considerations that arise as we include more multimedia online and develop e-textbooks and self-published materials. To enable this discussion we will cover the four prongs of Fair Use and the TEACH Act prior to engaging in an interactive discussion on the application of Fair Use in multimedia use and how to protect intellectual property in a digital world.
