Advising

CSUSB offers a number of numbers of important advising services, both within and outside of the Ethnic Studies Department

Students should begin by attending meetings with their assigned academic advisor from the CSUSB Academic Advising center, ASUA. See their website and email for more information.

In addition, Ethnic Studies students are also assigned an advisor among the faculty in Ethnic Studies (please see the table below). Students are encouraged to meet regularly with faculty advisors as well as any faculty member in the ES department to discuss course goals, graduation trajectory, career advising, and any other questions students may have pertaining to the ES minor or major.
