Coyote Radio offers a unique, exciting, and successful format: Local Music of the Inland Empire. We love our local artists and apparently so do our listeners. Coyote Radio listenership currently tops 16,000 monthly listeners!
In 2009 MTV ranked Coyote Radio as the best interest college station in America and the third best of all stations. The station’s mix of music includes Southern California’s greatest unsigned and independent new musical artists, such as: Lakin, Kunceal, The VP, Daise, Reyna Roberts, and AG. No other station in California is currently offering a totally local band format like this. We are, and we LOVE it!
The music of Southern California and the message of CSUSB and Coyote Radio is carried on KVCR/PBS Channel 24 with the program Musicology and to the entire campus audience via the CSUSB/Coyote Radio website and to millions of other listeners due to Coyote Radio’s listing as an official iTunes-recommended college station.
