• The National Center for Lesbian Rights advances the civil and human rights of LGBT people and their families through litigation, legislation, policy, and public education. They have a breadth of legal information, and you can search their full resources database by topic and by keyword.

• The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force (NGLTF) was established in 1973, works to build the political power of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community from the ground up by training activists, organizing broad-based campaigns to defeat anti-LGBT referenda and advance pro-LGBT legislation, and building the organizational capacity of the movement.
