How to make an appointment?

Click on the schedule link (http://mywco.com/jhbc), once on the schedule site create an account to gain access to the schedule. Once you are logged into the schedule, click on any available time slot (white squares) and fill out the appointment form. Once you have saved your appointment it will appear on the schedule as a golden/yellow square and you should revice email confirmation.

How do I access my online appointment?

On the day of your appointment, log onto the schedule and click on your appointment. This will open a new window where you will be presented with a red link that reads “Start or Join Online Consultation” click on this and it will take you to the oblline poertal where your tutor will be waiting for you.

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, log on to the schedule and click on your existing appointment. This will open a new window and at the botton of the appointment form there is a red link that read “Cancel Appointment”, click on this and make sure the request is processed you should recive email confirmation of the change. You can also cancel by sending us an email us at jhbcprofessionalwritingoffice@csusb.edu at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment start time.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment, or are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a “No-Show” and after TWO missed appointments your account will be disabled and you will need to contact the faculty director to get your account reinstated.

How do I get proof of attendance for my appointment?

During your appointment your tutor will provide a virtual receipt of the session via email that you can use as proof of attendance. If your tutor does not provide the receipt, email our office and we will follow up (jhbcprofessionalwritingoffice@csusb.edu).
