Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

We are deeply grateful for The Supreme Court of the United States’ (SCOTUS) decision rejecting the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program for close to 700,000 DACA recipients. However, the Court ruling is based solely on procedural grounds, which means that DACA remains vulnerable. 

U.S. Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-San Bernardino) visited Cal State San Bernardino to discuss bipartisan legislation he has co-authored to help recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or DACA.

Several donors visited the Cal State San Bernardino campus June 21 to attend a ceremony thanking them for their support of 20 CSUSB students who will be studying abroad in Mexico City this summer.
