CSUSB deputy provost Clare Weber has been elected to a second term on the board of directors for the Community Coalition in South Los Angeles.

Math teacher and former state Assembly candidate Aileen Rizo talked about taking a stand on equal pay that led all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rizo, an equal-pay advocate and former state assembly candidate, will speak at CSUSB as part of the College of Natural Sciences’ Gerald M. Scherba Lecture Series on Sept. 30.

Clare Weber, who has more than 30 years leadership experience in higher education and the private sector, has been appointed Cal State San Bernardino’s new deputy provost.
