“Healthy Boundaries” will be the topic of the season premiere of Coyote Radio’s “Let’s Talk Relationships” at noon on Friday, Oct. 4.

Join nationally recognized relationship expert and CSUSB professor of psychology Kelly Campbell and co-host Garo Green, and their guest, Steph Stenner, author of “No Guilt, No Games, No Drama: The 7 Keys to Setting Smarter Boundaries,” for the first show of the 2019-20 academic year.

“No Guilt, No Games, No Drama” focuses on setting healthy boundaries in relationships. From a synopsis of the book: “If you’ve been struggling with how much to do for others, with when to say ‘yes’ and when to say ‘no,’ this simple little book is just what you need. It can help you to identify – and take – those essential first steps.”

Stenner says on her website, “I believe that setting boundaries is a highly underrated and misunderstood concept, one that is key to our personal and spiritual growth. Once we begin choosing and setting boundaries wisely, many emotional issues will fall away. And, of course, we often need to clear some issues before we can take action. Setting boundaries often pushes us to understand ourselves better – and to heal the emotional issues that stand in the way.”

Tune in beginning at noon online at Coyote Radio or on the Coyote Radio app, available in iTunes and at the Google Marketplace.

“Our goal is to provide research-based information so people make informed decisions about their relationships,” says Campbell. “We focus on topics like infidelity or dating in the modern world and respond to listener questions ranging from relationship break ups to family tensions.”
