This year’s summit, Education Workforce Development: Building Partnerships for California’s Future, is an all-day conference to bring together educators, policymakers, higher education leaders, and community partners to explore innovative strategies for strengthening California's education workforce. Through keynote presentations, collaborative breakout sessions, and panel discussions, participants will examine how partnerships, public policy, technology, and leadership can work together to address workforce needs and prepare the next generation of educators.
As California continues to navigate educator shortages, evolving workforce demands, and rapid advances in technology, this summit provides a forum for meaningful dialogue and practical collaboration. Participants will explore how cross-sector partnerships between PK–12 schools, higher education institutions, government agencies, and community organizations can strengthen educator preparation, expand workforce pathways, and create sustainable solutions that support student success and meet the needs of California's schools and communities.
