Where Art Meets Wellness

A transformative four-part series combining mental health practices with the inspiring environment of RAFFMA. Step into a unique wellness experience where ancient art meets modern mindfulness. The Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art (RAFFMA) and CSUSB's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) have joined forces to create something truly special—a space where creativity and mental well-being intertwine.

This program welcomes participants of all backgrounds, physical abilities, and experience levels. Accommodations and sliding-scale options are available upon request. No prior meditation, mindfulness, or yoga experience required—just bring an open mind and willingness to explore.

Whether you're a student navigating academic pressures, a faculty member seeking balance, or a community member looking for innovative wellness practices, this series offers a sanctuary for growth, reflection, and healing.

"As a student who works and utilizes CAPS, it has become mine and many others' safe space. I am beyond excited to announce our collaboration with RAFFMA in hopes that this four-part series will extend your safe space to include all of campus."
