What is one piece of advice you would give to a first-year or transfer student? Do as much research on the major you choose as you possibly can before actually committing to it. You may find that it is not a correct fit for you or it may give you even more reason to choose that major that you want. Also to try and make friends with staff as soon as possible. It's good to be friends with the people who work on campus because they usually know a lot and can teach you a bunch.
