Module 9 - Interviews and other Selection Methods
This module is a collection of resources related to interviews and other selection methods used. The goal is to provide information related to how interviews can be improved to make them more informative and job relevant. The module will also contain material related to best practices in interviews and guidance for department and committees to develop selection systems that meet the standard of being evidence-based and job relevant. A second focus of module content is material related to various methods in selection that have been found to predict success on the job above and beyond interviews alone. The module will also highlight the use of these alternative methods and best-practices for interviews and other major selection methods.
