Can we have a food sale to raise funds for my student organization?

If your student organization would like to raise funds from a food sale, you would need to complete the following steps:
- Catering Waiver Form: If the cost of food is above $250, you will need to complete the Catering Waiver Form in addition to receiving approval from the Environment Health and Safety Department.
- Submit your event form on Coyote Connection:
How to access your event form:- Log-in to Coyote Connection
- Go to your Organization's Page
- Click "Manage Organization"
- Click the Menu on the left-hand corner
- Go to "Events"
- Click "+Create Event"
- Fill out the form to the best of your ability!
*Your Food Event Notification Form is built-in to the Event Form on Coyote Connection; Clubs & Organizations will no longer have to go directly through the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Website. *
