Switching Accounts in Web Application

  1. Login to your MyCoyote
  2. Select the Faculty and Staff Email Tile.

  1. Select your name in the top right corner.
  2. Then, select Open another mailbox.

  1. Type the email account that pertains to the department email and select Open.

  1. The Department Outlook will then load and display the department inbox.

  1. Compose a new email by selecting new, then edit the details.
  • TO: Enter, type, or select the TO button to add an email address.
  • CC: Carbon Copy another email address (Optional)
  • Subject: Add a subject (e.g. CSUSB | MyCoyote Follow Up).
    • Note: If you do not include a subject, Outlook will prompt a notification as shown below.
