Pamela Moses is the Organizational Change Facilitator in the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis at CSUSB. She builds assessment capability within non-academic units and across campus. She holds a Ph.D. in cognitive science and psychology from UC San Diego and has over 15 years experience conducting research. Her background includes CSU faculty experience and teaching, which was her entrée into assessment, and cross-functional administrative team coaching in professional development through the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.
