We provide free job fairs, job posting distribution to WA-IV students, resume/application review, and candidate pre-screening. In addition, by hiring WA-IV alumni, your business can earn a possible reimbursement of up to $2,500 of new hire salary thrpugh On the Job Traning (OJT) Funds, disabled access credit, and work opportunity tax credit.

JAN provides free consulting services for all employers, regardless of the size of an employer’s workforce. Services include one-on-one consultation about all aspects of job accommodations, including the accommodation process, accommodation ideas, product vendors, referral to other resources, and ADA compliance assistance.

The WOTC - Work Opportunity Tax Credit

WOTC promotes hiring of individuals who qualify as members of target groups (including WA-IV students), by providing federal tax credit incentives of up to $9,000 for employers. To complete this process requires the use of the Department of the Treasury IRS Form 8850.

Enterprise Zone State Incentives

California's Enterprise Zone program was established in 1984 to stimulate business investment in depressed areas of the state and create job opportunities for Californians. Today, businesses and workers continue to benefit from the program.

OJT - On the Job Training Agreement
