The annual Coyote Fest returned to CSUSB after a two-year hiatus from campus due to the pandemic. The event took place on Friday, May 6, from 8 p.m.-12 a.m. in the Athletic Fields. This year, 4,000 students came out to the event. As always, the end-of-the-year party was held two weeks before finals. It’s a great way to help students unwind before exams. Program Board oversaw the event and teamed up with ASI, who sponsored the special performance, to host the concert that featured singer, songwriter, and dancer Tinashe. She performed her hits “2 On” and “All Hands on Deck.”

Coyote Fest had carnival booths with prizes, rides, interactive activities, a caricature artist, tarot card readers, food vendors, DJs, a photo booth, and live entertainment for the campus community. The event was free for all CSUSB students, faculty, staff, and community members. Transportation to and from the Palm Desert campus was also provided.
